WARRANTY POLICY: TUBEMAN.COM warrants that your tubes will be free from defects for 90 days from shipment date.This excludes breakage, and operation outside manufacturer's specs. If a tube fails to test good or operate properly, becomes excessively noisy or microphonic,if offered as low noise and microphony, it will be replaced free of charge.Sockets are not returnable. Return authorization required.Final determination is to be made by TUBEMAN.COM.Please make every effort to determine if it is the tubes and which one. Items returned but not found to be defective will incur a return shipping charge.Defective products falling under warranty will be promptly replaced. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages from the use of or inability to use our products..
